KÜRT Information Management has earned the title of Business Superbrand 2008, which was presented for the first time in Hungary this year. The aim of this accolade, which goes to the strongest B2B brands, is to recognise the outstanding performance of brands that are aimed at companies and other organisations, to draw attention to these brands, and to promote brand-consciousness in purchasing decisions. For KÜRT, winning the title comes as recognition of almost 20 years of professional and business success, and is a testament to the market standing of the KÜRT brand, which is synonymous with security and reliability.
This year was the first in which the Business Superbrands awards were presented, concurrently with the Superbrands program, which is held in 82 countries and is in its fourth year in Hungary. In contrast to its “older brother”, the Business Superbrands program focuses on brands that are aimed at members of the business community, rather than those that target consumers and the general public. Some 3,000 brands are screened from among the 400,000* companies currently operating in Hungary, and from these the top Hungarian business brands are selected by a 14-member panel of business professionals, who are all recognised experts in their field, participating on a voluntary basis.
